Job Title: QA (Office Assistant) (Technical Support – Mechanical Background)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined Office Assistant to support day-to-day office operations and assist with basic engineering-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, with the ability to understand product manufacturing drawings and the overall production workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and interpret basic mechanical/product manufacturing drawings.
• Maintain and organize all paperwork related to products manufactured.
• Prepare and update inspection reports, documentation, and production records.
• Support office operations to ensure smooth workflow for managers and supervisors.
• Use MS Excel for data entry, tracking, and report preparation.
• Willingness to learn and use Tally for basic accounting entries.
• Coordinate with production and office teams as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Basic understanding of manufacturing/engineering processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and an all-rounder mindset.
