About the Company

Navi Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. is an established Electrical Contracting Company executing residential, commercial, and infrastructure electrical works across Bangalore. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QS & Billing Engineer (Electrical) to strengthen our project controls and commercial management team.

Position Overview

The QS & Billing Engineer will be responsible for quantity surveying, client billing, subcontractor billing verification, cost control, and commercial coordination for ongoing electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and submission of RA Bills / Final Bills to clients.
• Quantity take-off from drawings and site measurements (Electrical works).
• Verification and certification of subcontractor/vendor bills.
• BOQ analysis, rate comparison, and cost estimation.
• Reconciliation of materials (cables, panels, switchgear, etc.).
• Monitoring project cost vs. budget and reporting variances.
• Coordination with project managers, site engineers, and accounts team.
• Preparation of variation statements and extra item claims.
• Maintaining billing records and documentation as per contract terms.

Required Experience

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in QS & Billing (Electrical Projects).
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, contract terms, and billing procedures.
• Experience in residential/commercial electrical projects preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of electrical drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Electrical Engineering.
