Job Description

Job role includes –

Quality Assurance
Tests & Analysis
HACCP, CCP
ISO, FSSAI laws and standards.
GMP & Audits
Daily Sensory Evaluation and random product quality checks.
Base Kitchen Audits and maintaining all required Quality documents required by FSSAI.
Conducting Hygiene round daily in each department and publishing the reports every week.
Helping departments to maintain their QA documents and monitoring them on regular basis.
Checking on SOP implementation.
Conducting training of staff about Food Safety and Hygiene.
Raw materials inspection and rejection.
Should be aware of FSMS and its implementation.
Should have good knowledge of testing (water/food).
