Quality Control

The Quality Control professional is responsible for ensuring that all incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished building materials meet established quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. The role involves conducting inspections and tests, identifying defects, documenting results, and collaborating with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. 

Materials Inspection & Testing:

• Perform inspections and tests on incoming raw materials and packaging materials to ensure consistency, integrity, and compliance with purchase orders and specifications.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Document inspection results thoroughly and accurately, including any defects, non-conformities, and test data, using detailed forms or quality databases.

Compliance & Standards:

• Ensure all quality control policies, procedures, and systems comply with company guidelines, industry standards

Problem Solving & Improvement:

• Identify the root causes of product defects or production issues and propose effective corrective and preventive actions.
