Quality Control Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Quality Control Engineer who loves working directly with PCBs, soldering, and electronics assembly. You’ll be on the production floor, making sure the electronics that power our drones are built right, tested well, and ready to fly.

• Inspect and test PCB assemblies used in drone electronics
• Review solder joints, assembly, and rework quality
• Catch issues early and help fix root causes with the engineering team
• Improve assembly and QC processes as we scale production
• Create simple, practical inspection checklists and documentation
• Train and support technicians on quality and soldering best practices

Must:

• Strong skills in soldering and electronics assembly
• Ability to read schematics, BOMs, and assembly drawings
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven
