Quotation Executive

We are a corporate trading company supplying hardware, plumbing, painting, electrical, and maintenance materials to business clients. We are looking for an experienced candidate to handle quotations and vendor coordination.

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

* Understand customer requirements clearly

* Source competitive prices from multiple vendors

* Prepare accurate and profitable quotations

* Negotiate pricing and payment terms

* Follow up with clients for approvals

* Maintain records of quotations and supplier details

✅ Requirements:

* Experience in trading / procurement / estimation (preferred)

* Strong knowledge of hardware, plumbing, painting, and electrical materials

* Good market awareness and pricing knowledge

* Strong negotiation and communication skills

* Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel

Ability to handle multiple enquiries efficiently
