• Job DescriptionPrepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for all digital printing jobs.
• Calculate ups, sheet utilisation, wastage, and finishing costs.
• Manage and respond to enquiries through email, phone, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain updated rate sheets, paper prices, and costing templates in Excel.
• Coordinate with production for technical requirements and feasibility checks.
• Track quotation status, follow up on pending estimates, and maintain logs.
• Learn printing materials, GSM, sizes, finishing processes, and machine capabilities.
• Ensure quick turnaround time, high accuracy, and professional communication with customers.
