Job Description

Job OverviewPropNinja Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound leads, client engagement, site visits, and closing residential real estate deals across premium and mid-segment projects.

  • Work ScheduleTuesday to Friday:

  • Client calling, lead follow-ups, CRM updates & sales coordination from office
  • Saturday & Sunday:

  • Mandatory site visits with clients
  • Monday: Weekly off
  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls generated through digital marketing leads
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential projects
  • Schedule, coordinate, and conduct site visits on weekends
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through continuous follow-ups
  • Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and assist in deal closure
  • Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate client data and sales progress in CRM
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide post-sales support until booking and documentation completion
  • Desired Candidate Profile1–5 years of experience in real estate sales (residential preferred)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with weekend site visits and weekday office calling
  • Goal-oriented with a strong closing mindset
  • Basic knowledge of Bengaluru real estate market is an advantage
  • Proficient in CRM tools, WhatsApp, calls, and follow-up systems
