Job Description: (Leasing Associate – F&B Retail Real Estate)

📍 Location: Bangalore/kormangala

🕒 Job Type: Full-time

💰 Salary & Benefits:

Base Salary: ₹ 20,000 - ₹ 25,000 per month (Fixed + incentives)

Travel Allowance: Provided

Incentives: Attractive commission on every successful deal

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Site Research: Identify & evaluate commercial spaces for restaurants & retail brands

Client Outreach: Pitch properties to brands and maintain strong relationships

Broker Network: Build and manage broker connections for property updates

Site Visits: Arrange & conduct property visits with clients

Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and close leasing deals

Reporting: Keep records of visits, client interactions, and deals

Learning: Stay updated with market trends and keep improving

✅ Requirements:

Experience: 0–2 years (real estate/business development preferred)

Education: Graduate preferred (not mandatory)

Skills: Good communication, negotiation, and self-driven attitude

Languages: English & Hindi

Must Have: Two-wheeler for travel | Laptop preferred | Smartphone

Work Style: Field-based role with flexible schedule & no daily office reporting
