Real Estate Residential Sales Manager

What would the work Entail:

· 2+ years of Residential Real Estate Transaction experience with good knowledge of Bangalore geography

· Should be able to assess client requirements and serve promptly to maximize closure opportunities.

· Build, Maintain and Grow Strong relationships with Key Account Clients and key decision-makers in the industry.

· Build, Maintain and Grow Strong relationships with developers/property owners.

· Finding and developing new markets and improving sales

· Meeting with prospective clients, understanding the requirements, and explaining projects.

· Coordinate with the business development team, effectively convert leads to business.

· Manage/ Build an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious team most productively.

· Manage the transaction process end–to–end efficiently to achieve smooth closures.

· Responsible for the individual/ team’s P&L
