Job Summary:

Rento Bengaluru is looking for a proactive and results-driven Real estate agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding Rento’s presence in Bengaluru's rental market by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will work closely with clients to understand their rental needs, assist in property selection, and foster strong relationships with both property owners and prospective tenants. This position is ideal for candidates with 0-2 years of experience who are passionate about real estate, eager to drive growth, and dedicated to providing excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Assist clients in finding rental properties that meet their specific needs and preferences.

·      Conduct property visits and tours with clients, showcasing available rental units.

·      Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Bengaluru rental property market, including pricing trends and popular neighbourhoods.

·      Negotiate rental agreements and terms on behalf of clients, aiming for mutually beneficial deals.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, prospective tenants, and key stakeholders.

·      Identify and pursue new business development opportunities, including networking and reaching out to potential clients and partners.

·      Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available properties and drive client interest.

·      Respond to inquiries from clients via phone, email, and in-person, delivering exceptional customer service.

·      Manage documentation and paperwork for rental transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

·      Track and report on sales activities, maintaining records to support business growth and client retention.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of 12th grade education (or equivalent).
• Work Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or real estate (preferred)
• Skills:

-       Strong communication skills in English (mandatory) and local languages (Kannada, Hindi) (preferred).

-       Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

-       Interest in real estate and willingness to learn.

• Other Requirements:

-       Valid driving license.

-       Must own a two-wheeler for property visits and client meetings.

-       Ability to commute within Bengaluru and willingness to relocate within the city if necessary.
