## Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Presales Executive to be the first point of contact for our potential homebuyers. You will handle inquiries, qualify leads, and nurture prospects to schedule high-quality site visits for our sales team.
## Key Responsibilities
* Lead Management: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from various marketing channels.
* Customer Engagement: Provide detailed information about our current projects (e.g., Little Earth, Codename Teakville) and understand specific customer needs.
* Site Visit Conversion: Qualify prospects and successfully schedule site visits for the on-ground sales team.
* Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-up with potential leads to keep them engaged throughout their buying journey.
* CRM Documentation: Accurately update and manage all client interactions and lead statuses in the CRM system.
* Market Knowledge: Stay updated on real estate trends in Bengaluru and North Bangalore (Chikkaballapur) to effectively answer client queries.
## Qualifications & Skills
* Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-sales, Inside Sales, or Telecalling.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is highly preferred.
* Sales Acumen: Persuasive, patient, and able to handle objections professionally.
* Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
