• Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management: Handle incoming inquiries and source new leads through networking and cold calling.
• Client Consultation: Understand client requirements and budget to recommend suitable properties.
• Site Visits: Conduct property site inspections and demonstrate project features to prospective buyers.
• Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Relationship Building: Maintain good relationships with existing clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Market Research: Stay updated on real estate trends and competitor offerings.
• RequirementsExperience: 1–3 years in Real Estate Sales, Insurance, or Banking Sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
• Language: Fluency in English and [Local Language, e.g., Kannada/Telugu/Hindi] is preferred.
