🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Site Research: Identify & evaluate commercial spaces for restaurants & retail brands
• Client Outreach: Pitch properties to brands & maintain strong relationships
• Broker Network: Build & manage broker connections for property updates
• Site Visits: Arrange & conduct property visits with clients
• Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and close profitable leasing deals
• Reporting: Maintain records of visits, client interactions, and deals
• Learning: Stay updated with market trends & sharpen business skills

✅ Requirements

• Experience: 0–2 years (real estate/business development preferred)
• Education: Graduate preferred (not mandatory)
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and self-driven mindset
• Languages: English & Hindi
• Must Have: Two-wheeler for travel | Smartphone (Laptop preferred)
• Work Style: Field-based role, flexible schedule, no daily office reporting
