Job Description

  • 1. Lead Generation & ProspectingMake outbound calls to potential buyers, sellers, investors, or tenants.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and inquiry calls.
  • Identify customer requirements such as budget, location, and property type.
  • 2. Client Interaction & Relationship BuildingExplain real estate projects, properties, pricing, offers, and amenities.
  • Build rapport with clients and maintain positive relationships.
  • Answer basic queries related to property details and company services.
  • 3. Appointment SchedulingSchedule site visits and meetings for sales managers or property consultants.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Confirm appointments and follow up for attendance.
  • 4. Data Management & ReportingMaintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details in CRM systems.
  • Update call status, feedback, and follow-up schedules.
  • Prepare daily/weekly call and lead reports.
  • 5. Follow-ups & Closures SupportConduct regular follow-ups with interested clients.
  • Share updated information on pricing, availability, and offers.
  • Support the sales team in closing deals by nurturing leads.
  • 6. Marketing & Campaign SupportInform customers about new launches, promotions, and special offers.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns by calling online leads.
  • Collect customer feedback for marketing improvement.
  • 7. Compliance & Professional ConductFollow company scripts, policies, and real estate regulations.
  • Maintain professional communication and confidentiality.
