Job Description

Location: Whitefield - Bangalore East - site-based

Experience: 2–8 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Fixed salary + high commissions


About the Role


We are looking for a high-performing real estate sales professional who has a proven track record of closing residential property deals in Bangalore.

This role is not for freshers or passive salespeople.


We are hiring someone who understands customer psychology, site visits, negotiations, and closures — and can consistently convert qualified leads into booked units.


If you are target-driven, hungry for commissions, and want fast growth, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound property leads
  • Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and channel partners
  • Convert walk-ins and digital leads into bookings
  • Follow up aggressively until closure
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals independently
  • Maintain accurate updates in CRM
  • Coordinate with legal, banking, and documentation teams
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets


Must-Have Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in Bangalore residential real estate sales
  • Proven deal closures (apartments / villas / plots)
  • Strong communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi & Telugu
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion ability
  • Experience handling site visits and walk-ins
  • Comfortable working with targets and commissions
  • Self-driven with strong follow-up discipline


Good to Have

  • Experience with Tier-2 developers
  • Knowledge of Bangalore micro-markets
  • (Devanahalli, Yelahanka, Thanisandra, Hebbal, Whitefield, Sarjapur, etc.)
  • CRM experience
  • Channel partner network
