Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our real estate team of Bloomspring services. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying potential buyers and investors to support our property sales and consultation goals. You will act as the first point of contact for interested clients, helping to generate interest and set appointments for our account executives/agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media to introduce our real estate services.
  • Qualify leads by assessing clients' needs, budget, and readiness to buy or sell.
  • Nurture ongoing relationships with prospects through follow-up communications.
  • Schedule property viewings and appointments for real estate agents.
  • Maintain and update CRM database with accurate prospect information.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent our brand professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cold calling and lead generation experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and property types is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM softwares, MS Office Suite, Google Suite, etc.
  • Goal & Target oriented with a positive, persistent attitude.
  • Self motivated
  • Proficient in Kannada, Hindi & English
  • Comfortable to travel within Bangalore using own transport
  • Two wheeler with valid licence for site visits (Preferred)
