Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to manage property sales, handle client inquiries, and close deals. The role involves site visits, client follow-ups, negotiations, and achieving monthly sales targets.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
  • Arrange and conduct site visits with prospective customers
  • Explain project details such as pricing, floor plans, amenities, and payment schedules
  • Negotiate terms and close property sales
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat and referral business
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, bookings, and registrations
  • Update CRM with lead status and follow-ups
  • Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
