Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Real Estate Sales Executives with a proven track record in property sales. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, strong client management skills, and the ability to close high-value property deals efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Handle property buying and selling transactions from start to finish.
• Identify and meet potential clients to understand their property requirements.
• Conduct site visits and property inspections with clients.
• Provide market insights and expert advice to help clients make informed decisions.
• Build a network of property owners, investors, and buyers.
• Negotiate deals and ensure smooth property transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client interactions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong understanding of the property buying and selling process.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Must own a vehicle for client site visits.
• Strong networking skills with a database of clients is a plus.
