Job Description

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Work Mode: Work From Office (Mandatory)

Languages: English & Kannada (Mandatory)



  1. Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects
  2. Generate leads through field visits, tele-calling, digital campaigns, and referral networks
  3. Conduct client meetings and property site visits
  4. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
  5. Coordinate with internal teams, channel partners, and stakeholders for documentation and successful closures
  6. Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive consistent lead flow
  7. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  8. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures
  9. Possess a valid 2-wheeler and driving license for field activities
