Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in Bangalore. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing and a maximum of 4 years in a similar role.




Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads


- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay updated on industry trends


- Create and manage digital marketing initiatives such as social media, email marketing, and PPC campaigns


- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies


- Generate and analyze reports to track campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations


- Manage relationships with media partners and drive PR efforts


- Monitor and analyze competitor activity to identify areas for improvement


- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms and materials


- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in digital marketing




Requirements:


- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology industry


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field


- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies


- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms


- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills


- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve


- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions


- Experience working with cross-functional teams


- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software such as Google Analytics and CRM tools
