Job Description

Assets Square is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth, expand client relationships, and identify new business opportunities within the real estate and asset management sector. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close deals.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Assets Square’s real estate and asset-related services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and strategic partners
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
  • Present company offerings to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize revenue and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities using CRM tools
  • Represent Assets Square at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
  • Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role
  • Experience in real estate, asset management, property consulting, or related industries preferred
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Target-oriented mindset with a strong track record of closing deals
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
