Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executives & Sales Leaders

Location: Koramangala 1st Block, Bangalore

Industry: Real Estate – Plotted Development

Compensation: Performance-based Salary + High Incentives (Negotiable based on Experience & Results)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Open Positions:


1. Sales Executive


Experience: 0 to 3 years(freshers most welcome)

Key Responsibilities:


Handle inbound, walk-in, and digital leads


Conduct site visits and close deals


Maintain client follow-ups


Explain project details, legal approvals, and benefits to customers.


Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely documentation



Requirements:


Prior experience in real estate or high-ticket sales


Basic knowledge of land approvals, khata's and bangalore real estate.


Strong communication and negotiation skills


Goal-oriented with a strong follow-up system



2. Sales Leader / Team Manager


Experience: 3 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities:


Build, train, and lead a team of sales executives


Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets


Monitor performance and provide coaching


Assist in closures and maintain overall team conversion


Ensure process discipline and growth consistency



Requirements:


Proven experience in real estate team management


Strong understanding of plotted layouts, documentation, and legal clarity


Excellent leadership and mentoring ability


Strategic mindset with hands-on execution
