Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive – Residential Apartments to drive sales for our residential projects. The role involves lead management, site visits, customer engagement, negotiations, and closure of apartment sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with company processes.
Experience: 1–5 years in residential real estate sales (apartments preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Management
- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through digital marketing, channel partners, walk-ins, and referrals
- Qualify prospects based on requirements, budget, and timelines
- Conduct site visits and project presentations to prospective customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (units and revenue)
Customer Engagement
- Explain project details including pricing, floor plans, amenities, specifications, and payment schedules
- Address customer queries and objections professionally
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers
- Follow up regularly to move prospects through the sales funnel
Negotiation & Closures
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved limits
- Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, legal, finance) to ensure smooth booking and documentation
- Close apartment bookings and collect booking amounts as per company policy
Channel Partner & Marketing
- SupportWork closely with Channel Partners (CPs) to generate and convert leads
- Participate in sales events, site activations, and promotional campaigns
- Provide regular feedback on customer preferences and market trends
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates
- Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines, company policies, and ethical sales practices
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
Key Skills & Competencies

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
- Understanding of residential real estate sales cycle
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
- Prior experience in residential apartment sales is preferred
- Knowledge of local real estate market is an advantage
