Job Description



We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive – Residential Apartments to drive sales for our residential projects. The role involves lead management, site visits, customer engagement, negotiations, and closure of apartment sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with company processes.


Experience: 1–5 years in residential real estate sales (apartments preferred)

Employment Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Management

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through digital marketing, channel partners, walk-ins, and referrals
  • Qualify prospects based on requirements, budget, and timelines
  • Conduct site visits and project presentations to prospective customers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (units and revenue)

Customer Engagement

  • Explain project details including pricing, floor plans, amenities, specifications, and payment schedules
  • Address customer queries and objections professionally
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers
  • Follow up regularly to move prospects through the sales funnel

Negotiation & Closures

  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved limits
  • Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, legal, finance) to ensure smooth booking and documentation
  • Close apartment bookings and collect booking amounts as per company policy

Channel Partner & Marketing

  • SupportWork closely with Channel Partners (CPs) to generate and convert leads
  • Participate in sales events, site activations, and promotional campaigns
  • Provide regular feedback on customer preferences and market trends

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates
  • Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines, company policies, and ethical sales practices
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
  • Prior experience in residential apartment sales is preferred
  • Knowledge of local real estate market is an advantage
