Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients on market conditions, and guiding them through the buying, selling, and leasing process.


Key Responsibilities:


Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.


Meet with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.


Present and promote properties to potential buyers and investors.


Schedule and conduct property viewings and site visits.


Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers.


Maintain and update property listings on various platforms.


Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.


Maintain relationships with clients for future business opportunities.


Keep up to date with market trends, pricing, and new developments.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).


Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.


Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


Ability to work independently and in a team environment.


Self-motivated and target-driven.


Familiarity with real estate CRM software is a plus.


Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.
