Key Responsibilities

·      Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs, preferences, and budgets.

·      Sales Execution: Manage end-to-end property transactions, from lead generation and site visits to negotiations and deal closures.

·      Property Advisory: Provide clients with expert advice on property options, legal documentation, market trends, and investment opportunities.

·      Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential clients through referrals, networking, and follow-ups on inquiries.

·      Market Research: Stay updated on the latest real estate trends, market developments, and competitive properties in Bangalore.

·      Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

·      Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Qualifications

·      Strong communication and negotiation skills.

·      Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver personalized property solutions.

·      Results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

·      Proficiency in usingMicrosoft Office Suite.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
