Real Estate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Achieve a minimum target sales per month.
• Identify and convert qualified leads into successful bookings.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and negotiations.
• Close deals independently and ensure timely documentation and payments.

2. Lead Management & Business Development

• Generate new leads through referrals, networking, channel partners, and market outreach.
• Follow up with inbound and outbound leads to maximize conversions.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

3. Team Coordination & Support

• Guide and support junior sales executives and channel partners (if applicable).
• Monitor team performance and assist in closing critical deals.
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and operations teams for smooth execution.

4. Client Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Address customer concerns professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Act as a key point of contact between the client and the company.

5. Reporting & Compliance

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
