Job Description

Square Yards is looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, managing a team of sales executives, handling key clients, and ensuring consistent closure of property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives / Business Development Associates

Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team

Plan and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration

Monitor lead flow, allocation, and conversion through CRM systems

Conduct regular team reviews, training, and performance evaluations

Handle high-value clients, negotiations, and deal closures

Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams

Oversee site visits, client follow-ups, and documentation process

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proven experience in real estate sales or channel sales

Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment

Strong understanding of property sales cycle and documentation

Proficiency in CRM tools and MIS reporting

Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability

Preferred Qualifications

MBA / Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field

Experience in Residential & Commercial Real Estate Sales

Good knowledge of Bangalore real estate market
