Job Description
Real Estate Sales Manager — Residential
We're looking for a driven, client-focused Sales Manager who knows how to move residential property. If you've sold apartments, villas, and plots — and know how to manage a pipeline from enquiry to registration — this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing: Lead and manage the end-to-end residential sales process — from lead qualification to deal closure and registration. Conduct site visits, project presentations, and one-on-one client meetings. Build and nurture relationships with high-intent buyers, NRIs, and investors. Manage and mentor a team of sales executives to hit monthly and quarterly targets. Coordinate with marketing to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads. Track sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics. Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, RERA regulations, and new project launches in Bangalore.
What You Bring: 1–3 years of experience in residential real estate sales, with at least 6 months managing or leading a team. Proven track record of closing deals across apartments, villas, or plotted developments. Strong understanding of the Bangalore residential market — micro-markets, pricing trends, and buyer behavior. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems. Fluency in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus).
Bonus: Existing network of channel partners, brokers, or HNI clients in Bangalore.
