🔹 Manage end-to-end sales for 5 Society project

🔹 Identify high-potential buyers & convert leads into closures

🔹 Conduct property visits and showcase project benefits

🔹 Build strong relationships with residents, RWAs & committees

🔹 Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets + share performance reports

✔️ Minimum 2+ years of real estate sales experience
