Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive sales for our residential and/or commercial real estate projects. The role involves managing the sales team, developing effective sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and building strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve project-wise and overall sales targets
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and conversion rates
  • Manage sales for residential/commercial projects including apartments, villas, plots, or mixed-use developments
  • Generate leads through marketing campaigns, site visits, referrals, and channel partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present forecasts to senior management
  • Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, and finance teams for smooth sales operations
  • Ensure compliance with RERA, company policies, and legal documentation processes
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies

  • 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience working with builders or real estate developers is mandatory
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved
