Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive sales for our residential and/or commercial real estate projects. The role involves managing the sales team, developing effective sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and building strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve project-wise and overall sales targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and conversion rates
- Manage sales for residential/commercial projects including apartments, villas, plots, or mixed-use developments
- Generate leads through marketing campaigns, site visits, referrals, and channel partners
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present forecasts to senior management
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, and finance teams for smooth sales operations
- Ensure compliance with RERA, company policies, and legal documentation processes
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
- Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong sales, negotiation, and closing skills

- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working with builders or real estate developers is mandatory
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved
