Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager/Business Development Manager
Job Description:
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated real estate agent to join our team of industry experts. In this role, you’ll connect clients with their dream homes, navigate market trends, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. If you’re passionate about real estate, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at building lasting relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial real estate projects
- Meet prospects, understand their requirements, and provide suitable property solutions
- Close property deals with ticket sizes ranging from ₹3–4 Crores and above
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closures
- For Team Lead roles: build, mentor, and manage your own sales team
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Street-smart, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
- Strong closing ability for high-value deals
