Role Overview

The Sales Associate will work as an Estate Portfolio Manager responsible for managing rental and resale transactions while acting as the single point of contact for society associations, homeowners, and HNI clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage secondary property sales and rental transactions.

Act as the primary contact for society associations and homeowners.

Conduct site visits with tenants and buyers.

Build relationships with HNI clients and investors.

Generate leads and close transactions.

Experience & Skills

Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales preferred

Strong sales and negotiation ability

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of South Bangalore real estate market preferred
