Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and target-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property sales, and manage end-to-end closing operations. The role involves team handling, strategy planning, site visit management, negotiations, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and manage a team of sales executives and agents
- Assign and monitor daily leads, follow-ups, and site visits
- Set monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets
- Drive residential and commercial property sales
- Conduct client meetings and high-value negotiations
- Coordinate with builders, channel partners, and developers
- Track sales performance and prepare MIS & reports
- Ensure smooth documentation and deal closure process
- Motivate team and maintain discipline and professionalism
- Support marketing team with campaign feedback and lead quality
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / MBA preferred
- 3–8 years of experience in real estate sales
- Minimum 2 years in a team-handling role
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
- Good understanding of RERA, documentation, and pricing
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi & local language
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Working Hours Office Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Monday : Half day
- Tuesday : Weekly off
