Position Summary


The Relationship Manager will be responsible for handling client relationships, converting leads into site visits and bookings, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from inquiry to closure. The candidate must be fluent in English and Hindi (spoken) to effectively communicate with diverse clients in Bengaluru.


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management


Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.


Communicate confidently in English and Hindi.


Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.


Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term relationships.


2. Sales & Target Achievement


Convert leads into site visits and bookings.


Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Conduct property presentations and assist during site visits in Electronic City.


Negotiate pricing and close deals efficiently.


3. Coordination & Documentation


Coordinate with developers and internal teams.


Assist clients with booking forms, documentation, and home loan coordination.


Ensure timely payment follow-ups.


4. After-Sales & Referral Generation


Maintain post-booking communication.


Ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals.


Eligibility Criteria


Graduate in any discipline.


1–5 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.


Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.


Must be fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory).


Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
