• Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner.
• Answer and route incoming phone calls; respond to basic inquiries and provide information.
• Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front desk records.
• Manage office correspondence including emails, couriers, and postal mail.
• Assist in data entry, filing, record management, and document preparation.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth daily office operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Schedule and confirm meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
• Keep track of office supplies and place orders when required.
• Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed.
• Requirements - Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills (English & local language)
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
• Pleasant personality, responsible, punctual
• Prior experience in reception/admin roles is a plus
