Job Summary:We are looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible Receptionist to manage front desk operations, attend patient calls, and provide excellent support to patients visiting the hospital.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
• Register patients and maintain accurate records.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for consultations and injections.
• Provide basic information about hospital services related to knee pain, back pain, neck pain, and joint pain treatments.
• Maintain appointment register and coordinate with doctors and medical staff.
• Handle billing coordination and guide patients regarding payment procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area.
• Manage patient files and ensure proper documentation.
• Follow up with patients for reviews and feedback.
• Maintain daily patient data and reports.
• Required Skills:Good communication skills (Kannada & basic English mandatory).
• Polite, patient-friendly attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good organizational skills.
• Qualification:Any Graduate / PUC
• Minimum 1 year experience in hospital or clinic preferred
