We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist cum Box Office Manager to be the first point of contact at our venue. The role involves handling guest interactions, managing ticket sales, coordinating show schedules, and ensuring smooth front-desk and box office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and handle front-desk inquiries
- Manage ticket sales, bookings, and box office reporting
- Coordinate with operations and show teams
- Handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Maintain daily sales and attendance records
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and billing system knowledge
- Presentable, customer-focused, and detail-oriented
- Prior experience in hospitality, events, or box office is a plus
