Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist cum Office Administrator to join our service center team. This role is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments
  • Manage appointment scheduling and service bookings
  • Maintain customer records and update databases accurately
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure efficient workflow
  • Handle billing, invoices, and basic cash transactions when required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and office area
  • Order and manage office supplies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry systems)
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a service center or similar environment
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
