Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist cum Office Administrator to join our service center team. This role is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments
- Manage appointment scheduling and service bookings
- Maintain customer records and update databases accurately
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Handle billing, invoices, and basic cash transactions when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and office area
- Order and manage office supplies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry systems)
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a service center or similar environment
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles
