Job Description

We are a fast-growing fintech startup enabling businesses to manage digital payments, collections, and payouts with ease. As the first point of contact for our team and visitors, we are looking for a Receptionist who will create a welcoming environment while supporting smooth office operations. You as a Receptionist will be the front desk ambassador of the company, responsible for managing visitors, calls, and office coordination. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic startup environment.


You will be Responsible for:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, maintain a neat reception area, and create a positive first impression.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages and direct them to the right team.
  • Manage appointments, meeting room schedules, and visitor logs.
  • Assist with courier handling, vendor coordination, and office supplies.
  • Support HR and Admin in onboarding new employees and organizing events.
  • Coordinate with facility management for day-to-day office needs.
  • Ensure smooth flow of communication across teams.
  • Handle small operational tasks to assist the finance/HR/admin teams when required.


Must Have:

  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any field (Hospitality/Business Administration preferred).
  • 0-1 years of experience as a receptionist/front desk executive (experience in startups/corporates is a plus).
  • Freshers with good communication skills will also be considered.
