Job Description
Job Summary:
The Receptionist / Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing front desk operations efficiently. This role involves handling phone calls, greeting guests, managing appointments, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth office functioning and a professional front-office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier services.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Manage the cleanliness and presentation of the front desk and reception area.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other correspondence.
Assist in administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
Coordinate with housekeeping and security for office upkeep and safety.
Support HR/Administration with onboarding and other front-office activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate in any discipline.
Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
Work Experience:
1–3 years of experience in front office or customer-facing administrative roles.
