Job Description

The Reception Cum Guest Relations Executive plays a vital role in delivering a positive patient experience at Apollo Clinic. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth front-desk operations, maintaining professional communication, and providing excellent customer service to all visitors, patients, and attendants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all patients and visitors with a warm, courteous, and professional attitude.
  • Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups through the clinic management system.
  • Handle incoming calls, provide accurate information, and route calls to the concerned departments.
  • Assist patients with inquiries related to doctors’ availability, services, timings, and billing.
  • Ensure neat and efficient maintenance of the front-desk area, waiting area, and patient flow.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, lab technicians, and support staff to ensure timely patient service.
  • Manage billing, cash handling, and issue receipts while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support patients during diagnostic, consultation, and procedural processes as required.
  • Record patient feedback and escalate concerns to the clinic manager for timely resolution.
  • Maintain daily reports, appointment logs, and front office documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline; additional training in customer service or healthcare administration is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a patient-oriented and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle high patient footfall.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience in healthcare software is an added advantage.
