Receptionist / Front Office Executive

We are looking for a proactive, customer-oriented Front Office Executive/Administrator to manage our showroom operations. As the first point of contact, you will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, smooth daily operations, and excellent customer service.

Responsibility

• Welcome and engage showroom visitors, understanding their needs.

• Keep the showroom organized with effective product displays.

• Monitor inventory, perform stock checks, and coordinate restocking.

• Manage incoming calls, emails, inquiries, and customer databases.

• Oversee delivery processes for timely and quality fulfillment.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

• Support marketing activities (promotions, events, social media).

• Collaborate with coworkers to deliver a seamless customer experience.
