Position Overview:

The Fitness Consultant is the bridge between our members and our fitness operations. This role ensures that every member receives top-notch service, clear communication and a positive gym experience from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for managing memberships, maintaining relationships and creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the Hawk Fitness standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Member Experience & Support

• Greet and engage with members in a professional, friendly manner.

• Address member inquiries, feedback and complaints promptly and effectively.

• Maintain strong relationships with members to improve satisfaction and retention.

• Coordinate with trainers and the front desk to ensure seamless member service.

Membership Coordination

• Guide new members through the onboarding and induction process.

• Explain membership options, policies and benefits clearly.

• Support membership renewals, upgrades and retention initiatives.

• Maintain accurate and updated member records in the management system.

Operations & Administration

• Oversee attendance logs, locker allocations, and class registrations.

• Ensure hygiene, safety and operational standards are consistently met.

• Prepare daily and weekly member activity and retention reports.

• Assist in organizing member engagement events, fitness challenges, and promotions.

Communication & Coordination

• Act as the communication link between members, trainers and management.

• Keep members informed about ongoing offers, classes and updates via calls, messages, and digital platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A positive, energetic personality with a passion for fitness.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Customer service or front-desk experience preferred.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and gym management software (CRM tools).

Qualifications:

• Any degree preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or coordination role, ideally in the fitness industry.

Working Hours:

• Fixed shifts as per club operations.
