About the Company:Willow Interiors is a Bangalore-based interior design company known for delivering creative, functional, and high-quality home interiors. We are looking for a dynamic professional who can manage front-office operations while supporting marketing activities.
Role Overview:The Front Office & Marketing Executive will be the first point of contact for clients visiting or calling the office, while also assisting in executing marketing and lead-generation activities.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and an interest in customer service and branding.
- Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office ManagementGreet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp and email enquiries.
- Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms, and visitor handling process.
- Schedule client meetings, follow up on appointments and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain visitor records, enquiry logs and client documentation.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Marketing & Lead SupportAssist in managing social media updates, posts, reels and engagement.
- Coordinate with designers and founders for photos/videos of ongoing projects.
- Upload content to Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business.
- Help create and maintain brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Support marketing campaigns, offline events, exhibitions, and branding initiatives.
- Conduct simple follow-ups with leads generated from website, social media, and references.
- Maintain CRM or lead sheets to track enquiries and conversions.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing activities.
- Good presentation skills and a pleasant personality.
- Ability to multitask, stay organised and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Instagram.
- QualificationsAny degree (BBA/B.Com/BCA/BA preferred but not mandatory).
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
- Experience in customer service, telecalling or front-desk roles is a plus.
