Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Job Title: Receptionist (Malayalam Speaking) – Restaurant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and well-presented Malayalam-speaking receptionist to be the first point of contact for our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner

Handle table reservations (phone, walk-in, and online)

Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries

Coordinate with service staff for smooth seating arrangements

Maintain waiting list and manage guest flow during peak hours

Provide information about menu, offers, and services

Handle customer complaints or escalate when necessary

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Requirements:

Fluency in Malayalam and basic English (Hindi is a plus)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly approach

Basic computer/phone handling skills

Prior experience in hospitality is preferred (freshers can apply)

Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 15000-30000
