Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Job description:

MG Road, Bangalore | Shift: 9 hrs including 1-hr lunch | Mon–Sat

Ridgetop Dental International, a US-based dental clinic with 3 branches in Bangalore since 2012, is looking for a friendly and professional Front Office Executive to manage reception and appointments.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome patients and manage appointments, calls, and emails
• Coordinate with the dental team for smooth daily operations
• Maintain front desk, records, and basic billing support

Who We’re Looking For:

• Female candidates preferred, Hotel Management background
• 1–4 yrs experience in front office/reception
• Pleasant personality, good communication, professional attitude
• Immediate joining

Shift & Timing: Clinic operates 9:30 AM – 8:30 PM; your working shift will be 9 hrs including 1-hr lunch.
