Work Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)


Job Summary- Shikshakji Academy is looking for a dynamic, empathetic, and organized Front Office Executive who will serve as the "Face of the Academy." This dual-impact role involves managing the front desk and acting as a Student Counselor. You will be responsible for welcoming visitors, guiding prospective students through our programs, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day administrative functioning of the center.


  • Key Responsibilities1. Front Desk & Visitor Management Greet visitors, students, and parents with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage incoming calls, filter inquiries, and redirect them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • 2. Student Counseling & Admissions Act as the primary point of contact for course inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and emails).
  • Counsel prospective students: Understand their career goals and suggest the right programs offered by Shikshakji Academy.
  • Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Assist students through the registration and documentation process.
  • 3. Administrative Support Maintain and update student databases and attendance records.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks, including fee collection, issuing receipts, and managing office supplies.
  • Coordinate with faculty members regarding schedule changes or student feedback.
  • Assist in organizing academy events, workshops, or seminars.
  • Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Previous experience in front office, reception, or tele-calling is preferred. Experience in the education or coaching sector is a significant plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and [Insert Local Language].
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly with students and parents; a persuasive yet patient counseling style.
  • Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and handling emails.
  • Organization: Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage the desk while handling administrative paperwork.
