Job Description:

We are seeking a professional, customer-oriented, and service-driven Receptionist / Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations at our office near Whitefield, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling visitors, managing calls, coordinating staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
• Handle incoming calls and route them to the concerned departments
• Manage appointments and walk-in clients
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
• Maintain front desk records and daily reports
• Handle customer queries and provide basic information about services
• Ensure cleanliness and discipline at the front office

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be residing within 5–10 km of Whitefield, Bangalore
• Good communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Tamil / Kannada / Telugu is mandatory)
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
