Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist (HR) to support our recruitment team by identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across multiple industries. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in talent sourcing channels, resume screening, and candidate pipeline building.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring a consistent flow of quality candidates for both bulk and lateral hiring mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, databases, and referrals
• Perform initial resume screening and shortlist suitable profiles
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future mandates
• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess basic eligibility and interest
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers for profile alignment
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS / internal tracker
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates to maintain engagement
• Support bulk hiring drives and walk-in campaigns
